The Medicine, Ambulatory and Seniors' Health Program offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical services to meet the growing needs of the community including Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Haematology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Neurology, Rheumatology, and Respirology.
The Seniors Health portfolio helps us deliver more comprehensive and innovative programs to meet the needs of the increasing number of seniors within the population we serve. Our two specialized General Medicine Units (GMU) have been opened to consolidate care for general medicine patients, to expedite admissions from the Emergency Department, and to better integrate interprofessional care for our general medicine patients.
