Location Change for Area C Ambulatory Care Centre Clinics
As of Monday, October 4, 2010 several of the Clinics normally run out of the Ambulatory Care Centre’s ‘Area C’ (on the Ground floor) will be moved to a new location on the 6th floor, Morrow Wing.
Appointment Registration:
All patients with a clinic appointment in the Ambulatory Care Centre must register in the main registration office, located by the Tranquility entrance on the Ground floor, Morrow Wing.
During registration, the clerk will inform patients if their clinic appointment will be on the 6th floor (ACC – 6 North) location and direct you to the nearest elevators.
Please be sure to confirm the location of your appointment and physician’s name with the registration clerk during the registration process.
The ACC – 6 North Clinics will operate Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The BMO Financial Group Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC) provides a wide range of outpatient services. Its clinics offer assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment and therapy for patients and members of the community. Our services support most of the medical/surgical subspecialties we offer in our programs.
Please Note: if patients require assistance in any aspect of their care while attending their clinic appointment, we ask that a family member or substitute decision maker accompany them during their visit.

As of April 1, 2010, St. Joseph's Health Centre will no longer be offering services in the following clinics:

Referral by a family or other physician is required for most clinics. For a patient's first appointment, physicians should provide a referring letter to the patient or fax it to us at 416-530-6050. We will send confirmation of the appointment to the patient or referring physician. Patients should bring all current medications, vitamins and supplements they are taking; glasses, or their prescription for glasses; and appropriate devices such as walking aids or hearing aids.
The clinics are closed on weekends and holidays. Please confirm the clinic hours of operation when your appointment is scheduled.
