In order to obtain a patient's room number or phone number, please call 416-530-6038. At the Health Centre, please inquire at the Information Desk.

Patient Status

Health care providers are bound by patient confidentiality rules. Test results, treatment plans, and other information is generally not disclosed over the telephone. To inquire about the general status of a patient, please contact the nurse on duty. To inquire about the detailed medical status of a patient, please contact the responsible physician.
