We are continuing to follow our standard Infection, Prevention and Control protocols and working closely with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to ensure that we are complying with screening requirements for H1N1 flu virus and other forms of influenza.
When you come to any of our clinic areas or the Emergency Department you will be asked a few screening questions. If you fail the screening questions, or if you have flu like symptoms, you will be asked to wear a mask to protect other patients and staff.
If you have a scheduled appointment at St. Joe's and you are not feeling well, please call and let us know prior to coming to the Health Centre.
