All medical trainees who are placed at SJHC must meet a number of non-academic onboarding requirements which include:

• Immunization history & required immunizations
• Fit testing & education for N95 respirator
• Criminal Reference Check
• Malpractice and Liability Coverage
• Work Education Placement Agreement Form (where applicable)
• Confidentiality Agreement
• St. Joseph’s Health Centre ID Badge
• Housestaff Reporting In Form
• Signature Sheet

*Students may be responsible for any costs associated with the onboarding process. Detailed information about onboarding requirements is provided to our academic partners as part of the placement process.
